O O efeito do programa de aquecimento infantil do FIFA 11+ na agilidade no futebol: um estudo experimental

As lesões são um dos problemas que ocorrem frequentemente em jovens jogadores de futebol. Os jogadores são incentivados a realizar o FIFA 11+ Kids, um programa de aquecimento para minimizar lesões nos jogadores de futebol. Este estudo tem como objetivo determinar o efeito deste programa na agilidade de jovens jogadores de futebol. Esta pesquisa foi um estudo experimental com desenho de grupo controle pré-teste e pós-teste. Usando uma técnica de amostragem proposital, a pesquisa selecionou 20 alunos de escolas de futebol como amostra da pesquisa. A amostra tinha entre 11 e 12 anos. Para coletar os dados, a pesquisa utilizou o Illinois Agility Test, destinado a medir o nível de agilidade. Os dados foram então administrados pelo teste de Wilcoxon com valor de p significativo <5%. Este estudo encontrou uma diferença significativa entre os resultados das medições de velocidade antes e depois de receber o tratamento de aquecimento do FIFA 11+ Kids. No grupo de tratamento, a pontuação média do pré-teste foi de 19,03±0,74, com variação de pontuação de 17,50 a 20 segundos. Enquanto isso, o resultado médio após o teste foi de 18,28±0,84, com faixa de pontuação de 16,75 a 19,78 segundos. O valor de p foi 0,005 (p<5%). Este estudo conclui que o programa FIFA 11+ Kids pode melhorar a agilidade dos jovens jogadores de futebol. Apesar dos resultados promissores, esta pesquisa sugere novas pesquisas para adicionar amostras de pesquisa de diversas características demográficas.
