O treino de 5 minutos melhora o VO2máx e a agilidade? Um estudo sobre o treinamento de jogo situacional no futsalv.

Introdução: O futsal é um esporte que exige uma combinação de velocidade, agilidade e alta resistência aeróbica. Melhorar o VO2max e a agilidade torna-se crucial para melhorar o desempenho dos jogadores de futsal em condições de jogo intensas.
Objetivo: Este estudo tem como objetivo avaliar o efeito do treinamento de jogo situacional com carga adicional de exercício de 5 minutos na melhora do VO2máx e agilidade em jogadores de futsal.
Metodologia: O desenho de pesquisa utilizado neste estudo é experimental, empregando um ensaio clínico randomizado com grupo controle. Os participantes foram compostos por 16 jogadores de futsal divididos em dois grupos: o grupo experimental submetido a treinamento de jogo situacional com carga adicional de exercícios de 5 minutos, e o grupo controle submetido a treinamento regular sem carga adicional.
Resultados: Após 6 semanas de intervenção de treinamento, o grupo experimental apresentou melhora significativa nos valores de VO2máx (p < 0,05) em comparação ao grupo controle. Além disso, houve uma melhoria significativa na agilidade com base no tempo de reação e nas medidas de manobra durante o treinamento situacional.
Conclusões: O treinamento de jogo situacional com carga adicional de exercício de 5 minutos é eficaz na melhoria do VO2máx e da agilidade em jogadores de futsal. As implicações desta investigação sugerem que a integração deste método de treino pode ser uma estratégia eficaz para melhorar a capacidade aeróbica e a resposta motora dos jogadores de futsal, preparando-os melhor para as exigências físicas e táticas das competições reais.
