Explorar o património urbano da Indonésia através do movimento: uma revisão bibliográfica sobre atividade física, recreação e gestão do turismo

Introdução: O património urbano da Indonésia reflecte uma narrativa complexa de colonialismo, identidade cultural e transformação moderna. Nos últimos anos, a actividade física e a recreação têm sido reconhecidas como ferramentas dinâmicas para reinterpretar e revalorizar o património urbano.
Objectivo: Este estúdio tem como objectivo explorar como a participação baseada no movimento – como caminhadas guiadas, maratonas culturais e ciclismo – melhora a compreensão, conservação e revitalização do património urbano na Indonésia.
Metodologia: Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura (SLR) seguindo as diretrizes PRISMA. Os estudos publicados entre 2019 e 2025 são revistos em bases como Scopus, Web of Science, SAGE Journals, Taylor & Francis e Google Scholar, selecionando 13 artigos para análise completa.
Discussão: Os resultados mostram que o compromisso com o património através do movimento promoveu a aprendizagem encarnada, o desenvolvimento do turismo e uma planificação urbana mais inclusiva. Atividades como caminhadas patrimoniais ou maratonas culturais fortalecem a consciência pública e a identidade do lugar. A reutilização adaptativa dos espaços patrimoniais fomenta a participação comunitária e o desenvolvimento económico.
Conclusão: A integração da actividade física no turismo patrimonial melhorou tanto a saúde como a estabilidade cultural, promovendo uma conservação mais inclusiva do património urbano nas cidades indonésias.
