Literacia física: análise do conhecimento sobre a literacia física e a sua relação com a aptidão física em alunos do ensino secundário

Resumo

Introdução. Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar o nível de literacia física e a sua relação com a aptidão física entre os alunos do décimo ano do distrito de Sleman, utilizando um desenho de investigação correlacional. Mirar. Os sujeitos foram 64 estudantes (32 homens e 32 mulheres) dos 15 aos 17 anos. A amostra do inquérito foi selecionada através de um método de amostragem propositada, baseado em vários critérios: não ser atleta e residir no distrito de Sleman. Metodologia. Os instrumentos utilizados neste estudo foram dois testes: o Questionário de Literacia Física da Adolescência (APLQ) e o Teste do Bleep. O APLQ apresentou boa consistência interna (α = 0,951), validade (0,680–0,790) e fiabilidade (0,837–0,981). O Bleep Test teve uma validade de 0,915 e um coeficiente de fiabilidade de 0,868. Portanto, os instrumentos de pesquisa foram válidos e fiáveis. A análise dos dados recorreu ao teste de correlação de Spearman, com o apoio do programa IBM SPSS Ver 20. Os resultados do estudo indicaram que os dados de linearidade obtiveram um valor de significância de 0,975 > 0,05 e um valor de F calculado de 0,025 < tabela F de 2,528, indicando uma relação linear significativa entre a literacia física e a aptidão física. Contudo, o teste de hipótese utilizando a análise de Spearman produziu um coeficiente de correlação entre literacia física e aptidão física de -0,091, o que mostrou uma relação muito fraca entre ambas as variáveis. Discussão. O valor de significância (p-valor) foi de 0,473 > 0,05, pelo que se conclui que não existe uma relação significativa entre a literacia física e a condição física. Conclusões. Assim sendo, concluiu-se que não existe uma relação significativa entre a literacia física e a aptidão física entre os alunos do 10º ano do distrito de Sleman.
