Inovação e desenvolvimento de um instrumento de avaliação da gestão de instalações desportivas: validade e fiabilidade

Objectivo: Este estudo teve como objectivo desenvolver um questionário como instrumento de avaliação das práticas de gestão em ginásios de fitness.
Métodos: Este estudo utiliza uma abordagem de métodos mistos. A amostra para o teste de validade Aiken V foi de 7 professores e 333 inquiridos de diversas instalações de fitness, como ginásios, piscinas, campos desportivos, ginásios, estádios desportivos e comunidades, para o teste de fiabilidade Alfa de Cronbach, indicadores avaliados. neste instrumento de avaliação são 1) Enquadramento do Programa, 2) Objectivos do Programa, 3) Recursos Humanos, 4) Programas, 5) Financiamento, 6) Instalações de Infra-estruturas, 7) Implementação do programa, 8) Coordenação, 9) Realizações, 10) Obstáculos.
Resultados: O teste de validade inclui aspetos da adequação do material aos objetivos da investigação, a adequação do material, os procedimentos de sequenciação do material, o desenho do questionário e a linguagem utilizada mostrando um valor Aiken V de 0,8 - 0,9 . Assim, valor Alfa de Cronbach > 0,7.
Conclusão: Assim sendo, este instrumento de avaliação mostrou-se válido e fiável. Espera-se que futuras pesquisas refinem ainda mais o instrumento utilizando uma amostra populacional maior e métodos de teste adicionais, como o teste-reteste, para melhorar a sua validade e fiabilidade.
