Resumo

Introdução: O método de treinamento de força isoinercial apresenta benefícios tanto na área esportiva quanto na reabilitação. As evidências disponíveis sugerem que esse tipo de treinamento aumenta a força e a velocidade das respostas musculares. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar os efeitos de seis semanas de treinamento isoinercial na capacidade de salto, velocidade de corrida e equilíbrio postural dinâmico em adultos não treinados. Método: O desenho deste estudo foi pré-experimental. A seleção dos participantes foi realizada de forma não probabilística por conveniência. A amostra foi composta por 8 adultos, 4 do sexo feminino e 4 do sexo masculino. As avaliações de avaliação da força explosiva foram realizadas por meio do salto com movimento contrário (CMJ), o teste de corrida de 20 metros e o teste de equilíbrio postural dinâmico modificado Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBTm). Todas as avaliações foram realizadas antes e após um treinamento isoinercial. Resultados: Após o programa de treinamento isoinercial, a capacidade de salto aumentou 17% nos homens e 15% nas mulheres. O tempo de corrida diminuiu 22% para homens e mulheres. O equilíbrio postural dinâmico também apresentou melhor desempenho nas três direções avaliadas em homens e mulheres submetidos ao treinamento isoinercial. Conclusão: O treinamento de força com o método isoinercial parece ser uma ferramenta eficaz para melhorar a capacidade de salto CMJ, velocidade de corrida e equilíbrio postural dinâmico em adultos saudáveis ​​não treinados.
