O efeito de um programa de treino proposto no desenvolvimento de algumas habilidades biomotoras e a melhoria do desempenho das habilidades de cadeia cinética no solo e nas barras paralelas na ginástica artística para estudantes

Resumo

Introdução: A importância da investigação radical no desenvolvimento de uma proposta de programa de formação para elevar o nível das capacidades biomotoras que estão intimamente relacionadas com o aspecto das competências. Objectivo: identificar o impacto dos programas de treino propostos e seguidos no desenvolvimento de algumas habilidades biomotoras e a melhoria do desempenho das habilidades de cadeia cinética no solo e os movimentos paralelos na ginástica artística. Procedimentos: Foi utilizada a abordagem experimental. O programa incluiu (20) unidades de formação durante (10) semanas e duas unidades de formação por semana; Depois de realizar as verificações anteriores e aplicar o programa de formação, realizar as verificações posteriores e recolher informação e dados para a análise estatística por parte da bolsa estadística. Resultados: Os resultados das testes pré-vias e posteriores das habilidades biomotoras e da cadeia cinética do grupo experimental mostram que o valor da significação (sig.) é menor que o nível de signifi-cancia (= 0,05), o que significa que existem diferenças significativas entre os resultados das testes anteriores e posteriores para a pesquisa de e um favor das tentativas posteriores. Discussão: O investigador atribuiu a melhor na cadeia cinética ao programa de treino proposto, que ao conduzir o desenvolvimento de competências biomotoras, o que se refletiu positivamente na cadeia cinética entre os membros da exposição de investigação experimental. Conclusão: Os investigadores concluíram que os programas de treino propostos e seguidos tiveram um claro impacto positivo no desenvolvimento de algumas competências biomotoras e na melhoria das competências da cadeia cinética no solo e nos sistemas de movimento paralelos.
