El fair play en la iniciación deportiva, un estudio con entrenadores de fútbol (Fair play in sport initiation, a study of football coaches)

El entrenamiento deportivo con jóvenes debe transmitir valores educativos desarrollando mecanismos de superación personal y respeto hacia los adversarios con un entorno favorable hacia todos los agentes intervinientes. El objetivo de este estudio es detectar los comportamientos de los entrenadores del fútbol base en competición que promueven el fair play. Utilizamos la metodología observacional, un instrumento de observación SOCOFAP y un instrumento de registro LINCE, que nos ha permitido estudiar las conductas favorecedoras de este clima de juego limpio en el contexto natural de la competición. La muestra está compuesta por cuatro entrenadores de fútbol, licenciados en educación física, que fueron filmados durante cuatro partidos cada uno. Después de un análisis de patrones temporales (T-patterns) con el programa THEME detectamos; por un lado las conductas promotoras de fair play más relevantes -elogios y ánimo a sus jugadores, incentivar la disculpa en faltas cometidas y aplaudir a los adversarios por sus actuaciones favorables-, y por otro la relación entre ellas y el resultado del partido.

Abstract: The sports training with young people must transmit educational values developing mechanisms of personal overcoming and respect towards the adversaries with a favorable environment towards all the agents participants. The target of this study is to detect the behaviors of the trainers of the basic soccer in competition who promote the fair play. We use the methodology observacional, an instrument of observation SOCOFAP and an instrument of record LYNX, which has allowed us to study the favoring conducts of this climate of fair play in the natural context of the competition. The sample is composed by four trainers of soccer, graduated in physical education, who were filmed during four parties each one. After an analysis of temporl patterns(T-patterns) with the program THEME we detect; on the one hand the conducts property development companies of more excellent fair play - praises and fortitude to its players, to encourage the excuse in committed absences and to applaud the adversaries for its favorable performances - and for other the relation between they and the result of the match.
