Elaboración de una carrera de orientación para Educación Física en Sierra Nevada (Development of a orienteering race for physical education in Sierra Nevada)

El objetivo del presente trabajo es mostrar una nueva propuesta didáctica para trabajar la orientación, junto con el esquí, en un lugar tan interesante como Sierra Nevada. Esta propuesta se ha llevado cabo con alumnos de educación primaria, secundaria e incluso con estudiantes universitarios. La gran ventaja de esta propuesta es que el mapa se obtiene desde la web de la empresa de la estación de esquí, y utilizamos como puntos de control elementos estables ya instalados por ellos. De esta forma, se muestra una carrera de orientación para que el profesor que lo desee, la pueda utilizar en sus prácticas escolares, sin tener que elaborarla.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to show a new methodological approach to work orienteering, along with skiing, in such an interesting Sierra Nevada. This proposal has been done with students of primary, secondary and university´s students. The great advantage of this approach is that the map is obtained from the website of the company from the ski resort, and used as checkpoints stable elements already installed by them. Thus, is a orienteering race for the teacher who wants it, can use it in their school practices, without elaborate.
