1.- INTRODUCCIÓN.
1.1.- EL PARADIGMA DE LOS PROCESOS MEDIADORES
Resulta muy complejo determinar criterios de eficacia, tanto en la enseñanza en general, como en la enseñanza de las actividades físicas y deportivas, debido a la multitud de variables que entran en juego y tienen un papel decisivo
Siendo uno de los objetivos de nuestro estudio conocer las diferencias entre los pensamientos, motivaciones e intereses de los niños y los de las niñas sobre el área de la educación física en general y en cada bloque de contenidos en particular, es necesario encuadrar nuestro trabajo en el contexto del paradigma de los procesos mediadores centrados en el alumno.
El paradigma mediacional se basa en el hecho de que la enseñanza del profesor no influye directamente ni en el comportamiento del alumno ni en su aprendizaje. Carreiro da Costa lo expresa diciendo que “el alumno asume un papel activo en la construcción de su proceso de aprendizaje ya que sus procesos de pensamiento median entre la enseñanza y el aprendizaje”
