Questionário de saúde e desempenho em esports sob a ótica de treinadores: desenho e validação pelo método Delphi

Os eSports estão a crescer rapidamente em termos de impacto económico e social. Este crescimento implica a evolução dos clubes, o que leva ao desenvolvimento profissional dos seus jogadores e treinadores. Apesar do destaque dos jogadores, os treinadores desempenham um papel crucial no controle das variáveis de saúde e desempenho nos esportes eletrônicos, o que lhes confere grande relevância. Contudo, a perspectiva dos treinadores relativamente a estas variáveis é actualmente desconhecida. Portanto, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo desenhar e validar, por meio do método Delphi, um questionário focado no ponto de vista de treinadores sobre aspectos de saúde e desempenho em esportes eletrônicos. Foi consultado um grupo de 8 especialistas, que atenderam aos critérios de validade da pesquisa. Posteriormente, foi desenvolvido um questionário de 17 questões, divididas nas categorias “Saúde” e “Videogame”. O questionário foi validado pelo método Delphi por meio de duas rodadas de consulta. O coeficiente V de Aiken foi aplicado com intervalo de confiança de 95% e, com limite inferior de V de 0,75 e mínimo de 0,7 para o limite inferior global. Os resultados mostraram que os 17 itens atenderam aos critérios estabelecidos (V≥0,75, Limite inferior > 0,7), o que confirma sua validade. Com base nos dados obtidos, este questionário representa uma ferramenta válida para conhecer a perspectiva dos treinadores sobre dois aspectos fundamentais nos esportes eletrônicos: saúde e chaves de desempenho. Além disso, é o primeiro questionário voltado especificamente para esse grupo.
