Protocolo de VFC não invasivo e novo índice para avaliar carga interna durante o aquecimento no basquete

Resumo

O objetivo é estabelecer um protocolo específico, não invasivo, submáximo e aplicável no dia a dia para avaliar a carga interna (CI) em jogadores de basquetebol, através da análise da variabilidade da frequência cardíaca (VFC) antes do treino ou competição. Outro objetivo é propor um novo índice de carga interna como parâmetro padronizado, para gerenciar a carga interna antes dos treinos ou partidas. Doze jogadores amadores de basquete (26,5 ± 8,8 anos) completaram um teste de VFC antes do exercício submáximo intermitente (Activity Lay Up Wheel; ALUWIL 6min-test). No dia seguinte os jogadores realizaram uma simulação 5v5 (MATCH) durante 10 minutos. Registros de esforço percebido (PSE), recuperação percebida (TQR) e questionários de bem-estar foram concluídos, juntamente com registro contínuo da frequência cardíaca. Os jogadores apresentaram valores mais elevados nos parâmetros de carga interna baseados na frequência cardíaca (soma das zonas de frequência cardíaca, SHRZ; e impulso de treinamento, TRIMP), maiores valores de RPE e menores valores de recuperação durante o MATCH em comparação com ALUWIL (p<0,01 ). O parâmetro %SHRZ apresentou correlações maiores que SHRZ e TRIMP durante o MATCH (p<0,001) e relações significativas com o parâmetro RMSSD (raiz quadrada do valor médio da soma dos quadrados das diferenças de todos os intervalos RR sucessivos) no teste. VFC (p<0,05). Durante o teste ALUWIL, o %SHRZ apresentou correlações maiores e mais fortes com o RRmean (média dos intervalos RR) do que o SHRZ (-0,807), mas mais semelhante do que o SHRZ com o RMSSD. Neste contexto particular, o teste ALUWIL poderia oferecer informações mais confiáveis ​​e aplicadas, como um protocolo padronizado e integrado para avaliar a carga interna em jogadores de basquetebol antes de treinos e competições, através de parâmetros cardíacos. O parâmetro %SHRZ, assim como RRMean e RMSSD poderiam ser indicadores específicos para gerenciar a carga interna no basquete. No entanto, mais pesquisas são necessárias para validar essas propostas dentro de um contexto complexo.
