Um estudo de caso de atletas de boxe amador indonésios: Existe uma influência da cultura organizacional e da qualidade do serviço no desempenho através da motivação para a realização como mediador?

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a relação entre a cultura organizacional e a qualidade do serviço com o desempenho de atletas amadores de boxe na Indonésia através da motivação para realização como variável mediadora. Esta abordagem correlacional quantitativa utilizou modelagem de equações estruturais (SEM) com a ajuda do Smart-PLS. A amostra foi de 100 boxeadores amadores com idade de 22,5±2,0 anos e 6,1±0,8 anos de experiência em treinamento. O teste de validade do resultado do Critério Fornell-Lacker mostra um valor de construto maior que os demais construtos (>0,7). Já o teste de confiabilidade de todos os itens da variável apresentou resultados de confiabilidade composta (>0,7) e Alfa de Cronbach (>0,7). O valor do quadrado R no desempenho de atletas amadores de boxe é 0,764 ou 76,4%, enquanto o quadrado R na motivação para realização é 0,570 ou 57%. O SRMR ou valor quadrático médio padronizado é 0,077 < 0,10 ou 0,077 < 0,08, então o modelo se ajusta aos dados. Obtém-se então os resultados da hipótese, cultura organizacional no desempenho Valores P 0,000, qualidade do serviço no desempenho dos Valores P 0,006, cultura organizacional no desempenho através da motivação para realização dos Valores P 0,003, qualidade do serviço no desempenho através da motivação para realização Valores P 0,023, o que significa que as quatro hipóteses são aceitáveis. A combinação entre cultura organizacional e qualidade de serviço deve estar unida, principalmente nos esportes de desempenho porque o estudo dos esportes de desempenho está sempre associado à habilidade dos atletas, à psicologia ou à habilidade dos treinadores sem relatar a influência de outras variáveis. Pesquisas futuras precisam utilizar métodos mistos, considerando que as variáveis de cultura organizacional e qualidade de serviço possuem aspectos amplos e, claro, a cultura organizacional de cada país é diferente.
