Estudo dos estilos de jogo na primeira divisão espanhola do futebol antes, durante e depois da Covid-19

Resumo

Devido ao impacto negativo mundial no esporte causado pelo COVID-19. O objetivo foi analisar a influência da pandemia nos estilos de jogo, medida através da interação de indicadores de jogo, para verificar a existência do efeito local em três momentos distintos da primeira liga profissional espanhola. Para isso, foram analisados ​​5.320 casos (2.660 jogos) das temporadas 2014/2015 a 2020/2021 da LaLiga. Todas as temporadas decorreram normalmente, exceto a temporada 2019/2020, que sofreu uma pausa de três meses de inatividade devido à pandemia. Durante a temporada 2020/2021, as partidas começaram sem espectadores ou com número limitado de torcedores para manter o distanciamento social permitido. Foi realizada análise descritiva e árvores de classificação utilizando a técnica CRT para identificação dos estilos de jogo. Os resultados mostraram uma simplificação do jogo ao longo das temporadas. As equipas visitantes adaptaram-se melhor a estilos de jogo mais eficazes para alcançar melhores resultados. Essas diferenças podem ser atribuídas às mudanças de regras, à ausência total/parcial de espectadores, ao período de inatividade de três meses e ao acúmulo de partidas em um curto período de tempo. As equipas devem ter em conta as diferentes situações analisadas para mostrar um estilo de jogo eficaz para atingir os seus diferentes objetivos.
