Implementação do modelo CIPP para avaliar o avanço do desempenho nos desportos de petanca de East Java

Resumo

Este estudo teve como objetivo examinar o processo de implementação do programa de desenvolvimento do desempenho desportivo da petanca de East Java, com foco nos seus fatores contextuais, requisitos de entrada, aspetos processuais e resultados resultantes. A referida investigação insere-se no âmbito da investigação de avaliação do modelo CIPP, com recurso a metodologia quantitativa. Foi empregue uma estratégia de amostragem propositada para selecionar os indivíduos para este estudo, consistindo em 5 treinadores e 35 atletas masculinos e femininos de 5 FOPIs em Pengkab e Pengkot em Java Oriental. O inquérito incluiu um questionário que incluiu o CIPP, cujo objetivo foi recolher informação sobre a formação do treinador, o programa de treino para a modalidade de petanca, o desempenho do treinador e o método de treino utilizado pelos atletas da modalidade de género petanca. Os dados quantitativos foram recolhidos através de uma escala Likert. A análise dos dados incluiu técnicas analíticas descritivas, especificamente a utilização de percentagens. As conclusões do estudo indicam que a análise da avaliação do CIPP revelou que 73,75% das dimensões do apoio contextual para a implementação do programa se enquadraram na categoria “de apoio”. Adicionalmente, 69% da componente de recursos humanos foi classificada como “adequada”. A entrada do programa é classificada como “pronta” com uma proporção de 63,57%. O insumo para a seleção de atletas e infraestruturas é classificado como “sempre feito” com uma taxa de 82,11%. As dimensões de treino do processo são também classificadas como “sempre feito” com uma proporção de 78,57%. Por fim, as dimensões do produto formativo são classificadas como “altamente antecipadas”, com um rácio de 75,63%. Em síntese, o governo forneceu um apoio substancial à dimensão do contexto. A dimensão dos inputs compreende recursos de instrutores e atletas de qualidade suficiente, bem como instalações e infraestruturas de treino altamente adequadas. Os numerosos componentes do processo geral de formação são executados de forma consistente e competente. Os componentes do produto demonstram o cumprimento das expectativas, embora necessitem de melhorias.
