Experiências dos professores de educação física na promoção de competências para a vida através de um ensino diferenciado

A educação física (EF) é um meio estratégico de ensinar aos alunos habilidades para a vida. Portanto, a compreensão dos professores sobre o conceito abrangente de competências para a vida é importante para ajudá-los a organizar, integrar, promover e até mesmo desenvolver as competências para a vida dos seus alunos. Este estudo explora experiências de professores na promoção de habilidades para a vida em educação física com instrução diferenciada (DI) usando uma abordagem qualitativa. Os participantes foram dois professores do ensino fundamental formados no programa Teacher Move e implantados no Currículo Independente. As experiências dos participantes foram exploradas através de nove perguntas abertas, desde a concepção, utilidade e problemas até limitações e soluções. Os dados das entrevistas foram analisados por meio de procedimentos temáticos. Os resultados da investigação implicam que os professores já possuem conceitos e competências para a vida bem integrados na educação física, tais como pensamento analítico e crítico, comunicação e desenvolvimento simples de produtos. Os professores promovem as habilidades para a vida dos alunos por meio de DI que se adapta às necessidades de aprendizagem dos alunos com avaliação diagnóstica de conteúdos, processos, produtos e clima de aprendizagem. As limitações experimentadas pelos professores incluem a colaboração dos professores e a gestão do tempo com as diversas origens culturais dos alunos. A novidade desta pesquisa é que ela é a primeira a investigar as experiências dos professores na integração de habilidades para a vida na educação física usando DI para que, com diferentes necessidades de aprendizagem, os professores também possam se adaptar às diversas necessidades de habilidades para a vida dos alunos, como. pensamento crítico, pensamento criativo, colaboração e comunicação. O ensino de competências para a vida tem sido bem implementado a partir do conceito de Currículo Independente. No entanto, para garantir uma integração mais ampla e sustentável das dimensões das competências para a vida, será necessário continuar a discutir o desenvolvimento de ferramentas e modelos de aprendizagem, bem como a formação de integração de competências para a vida para professores de educação física.
