Repercussões da guerra na Ucrânia e do período após a pandemia de COVID-19 no estado psicofisiológico dos alunos ucranianos com idades entre os 12 e os 13 anos.

O artigo apresenta uma análise abrangente do estado psicofísico dos alunos, tendo em conta os desafios colocados pelo período após a pandemia da COVID-19 e as ações militares na Ucrânia. O estudo abrange o impacto destes eventos no bem-estar psicológico, na saúde física, na adaptação social e no desempenho educacional das crianças em idade escolar. Utilizando uma abordagem interdisciplinar, o artigo analisa dados recolhidos através de inquéritos, entrevistas e indicadores de saúde física, bem como testes psicológicos, para identificar as principais tendências e impactos. Material e métodos. 103 alunos com idades entre os 12 e os 13 anos de instituições de ensino secundário geral da região de Chernivtsi participaram na experiência pedagógica no período do ano letivo 2023-2024, durante vários eventos desportivos, de saúde, recreativos e de caridade. Resultados. Os resultados obtidos revelaram as áreas problemáticas relacionadas com o estado psicofísico dos alunos causados pelas consequências da pandemia COVID-19 e do conflito militar na Ucrânia. A diferença no desenvolvimento físico entre os sexos, que é estatisticamente significativa (p < 0,05), indica uma necessidade crítica de desenvolver programas adaptados individualmente para promover a atividade física entre os estudantes. A análise do bem-estar psicológico por meio do questionário SDQ mostrou alto risco de problemas psicoemocionais em 51,3% dos meninos e 37,4% das meninas de 12 a 13 anos, o que requer o desenvolvimento de medidas psicológicas e pedagógicas específicas. Conclusões. A investigação realizada revelou as lacunas existentes no sistema moderno de educação física e a necessidade crítica de integrar métodos e abordagens destinadas a melhorar o estado psicofísico das crianças em idade escolar no contexto de agitação social geral.
