Equação para controle da carga de treinamento com dados de GPS no futebol de alto rendimento

Resumo

Introdução: o controle da carga durante a competição e o treinamento é essencial para atingir o máximo desempenho em jogadores de futebol, ajudando a reduzir o risco de lesões. A carga externa é determinada pela relação entre volume e intensidade. Volume é o esforço total realizado em uma atividade e intensidade é o nível de esforços por unidade de tempo. Objetivo: analisar as variáveis ​​propostas em uma equação para controle da carga externa e as variações que ocorrem dependendo da seleção de seus valores de referência. Sujeitos: dezenove jogadores sub-23 de alto nível (22,5 ± 1,8 anos). Método: Foram analisados ​​77 registros de 11 partidas oficiais do circuito olímpico. A carga externa foi calculada com valores de volume e intensidade baseados nos parâmetros distância total (TD), distância em altas intensidades (HID), número de acelerações e desacelerações (AcDc) e número de sprints (Nsp). Os fatores da equação com referências gerais e individuais foram comparados. Resultados: O cálculo da carga externa total a partir dos valores gerais foi significativamente menor do que com os valores individuais (73,7±16,5 vs. 82,4±13,5), assim como o volume (71,5±15,6 vs. 81,6±13,4) e intensidade (74,8±17,2 vs. 81,8±13,5). Conclusões: foram observadas diferenças importantes dependendo dos valores de referência considerados. Os valores gerais podem ser ótimos quando se quer elevar o nível do grupo e comparar jogadores, mas a individualização é essencial para o correto controle e ajuste das cargas.
