Esta revisão sistemática tem como objetivo fornecer informações aprofundadas sobre a comunicação verbal eficaz na aprendizagem da educação física e do treinamento esportivo para melhorar o desempenho e a saúde. Esta pesquisa utiliza um método sistemático de revisão da literatura, identificando, avaliando e interpretando todos os resultados de pesquisa relevantes. Os dados foram obtidos a partir de resultados de busca por meio do software Scispace com foco em periódicos indexados pela base Scopus, periódicos internacionais indexados pelo DOAJ e periódicos nacionais indexados pelo Sinta para 2019 - 2024. Os periódicos foram selecionados com base em critérios de inclusão, ou seja, periódicos internacionais indexados pelo Scopus , periódicos internacionais indexados pelo DOAJ e periódicos indexados pelo Sinta. As palavras-chave utilizadas são: “Comunicação Verbal Eficaz”, “Aprendizagem em Educação Física” e “Treinamento Esportivo”. A partir dos resultados da pesquisa, foram encontrados 95 artigos de diversas fontes de indexação de periódicos, incluindo Scopus, DOAJ e Sinta. Além disso, 7 artigos cadastrados de acordo com os critérios de inclusão também foram obtidos de diversas fontes. A seguir, em diversas fases do processo de triagem, foram selecionados 10 artigos que correspondiam ao tema e atendiam aos requisitos de inclusão. Para operacionalização padrão, esta pesquisa segue o método PRISMA. Os resultados da pesquisa foram os seguintes (1) Boas instruções verbais de treinadores ou professores melhoram a qualidade de compreensão, motivação e nível de atividade física dos alunos, o que geralmente tem um impacto positivo no desempenho e na aptidão física ou na saúde física; (2) A comunicação verbal eficaz melhora as relações interpessoais, a cooperação, a coordenação e o desempenho da equipe entre alunos e atletas; (3) Incentivar a comunicação verbal ajuda os estudantes adolescentes a compreender as regras e técnicas esportivas, melhorar as reações e habilidades fisiológicas e melhorar a aptidão física e o desempenho; (4) A comunicação verbal em indonésio facilita a participação ativa, a interação professor-aluno, aumenta a compreensão e a confiança dos atletas e, ao mesmo tempo, preserva os valores culturais positivos no esporte; (5) O bom uso do indonésio no treino desportivo promove a compreensão adequada, melhora o desempenho e a segurança nas atividades desportivas; (6) Existem obstáculos que os professores de educação física enfrentam, mas podem ser superados com estratégias de comunicação que utilizem tecnologia moderna para incentivar a atividade dos alunos e a eficácia da aprendizagem da educação física.
