O impacto das práticas baseadas em modelos na educação física sustentável na Indonésia: uma revisão sistemática

A Prática Baseada em Modelos (MBP) é uma prática de ensino que organiza modelos pedagógicos através de diversas atividades físicas desportivas tematicamente para resolver problemas relacionados com o ensino adequado para alcançar valores educacionais. As revisões sistemáticas anteriores realizadas abrangem apenas uma abordagem de modelização e não houve qualquer revisão sistemática até 2024 que discutisse especificamente a implementação do MBP na Indonésia. A revisão sistemática visa explorar informação relacionada com estudos de implementação do MBP no ensino da educação física (EF) que foram realizados por investigadores ou profissionais para apoiar o desenvolvimento do desporto na Indonésia. A pesquisa bibliográfica foi realizada na base de dados Scopus seguindo as diretrizes Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Um total de 10 dos 1.222 artigos cumpriram os critérios durante o processo de seleção e foram extraídos em tabelas que incluíam conteúdo, definição do problema, métodos, resultados e investigação futura. Os resultados mostraram que o modelo utilizado foi eficaz na melhoria dos resultados de aprendizagem e que o desenvolvimento foi válido e viável de utilizar. A aplicação do MBP na aprendizagem da educação física na Indonésia inclui apenas três modelos, nomeadamente a educação desportiva (SE), a aprendizagem cooperativa (CL) e os jogos de ensino para a compreensão (TGfU). São necessários mais estudos relacionados com a aplicação do MBP para melhorar a qualidade do ensino da educação física, de forma a apoiar o desenvolvimento sustentável do desporto na Indonésia. Pesquisas futuras recomendam a aplicação do conceito MBP integrando vários modelos pedagógicos numa única aula para alcançar resultados de aprendizagem legalizados em educação física.
