Círculo de treino de resistência mental (MTTC): qual o seu impacto na resistência mental, ansiedade e desempenho académico de atletas e não atletas de nível universitário?

Resumo

Introdução e objectivos: Se bem se afirma que o MTTC é um modelo de treino mental mais sistemático e completo, não existem grandes evidências sobre o impacto da implementação do modelo MTTC em atletas e não atletas. Com base nele, esta investigação pretende examinar o impacto do modelo MTTC de treino mental em deportistas e não depor-tistas, tanto em aspectos psicológicos como cognitivos.
Metodologia: Este estúdio utiliza uma abordagem de método mixto com design integrado. Existem dois grupos, o grupo de intervenção, que contém 47 pessoas, e o grupo de controlo, que contém 26 pessoas.
Resultados: Os resultados do estudo mostram que fornecer formação sobre os metais MTTC tem um efeito significativo na força mental (χ2 = 12,74; p< .001), la ansie-dad (χ2 = 19,03; p< .001) e o logro de aprendizagem (χ2 = 5,38; p < 0,05). Além disso, a implementação do MTTC também foi respondida positivamente pelos inquiridos (χ2 = 19,86; p < 0,001). No entanto, em função do status (atleta vs. não atleta), se encontrou que há uma diferença significativa apenas nas variáveis ​​​​de fortaleza mental e validação social (p<0,001) enquanto nas variáveis ​​​​de ansiedade e desempenho académico no hubo diferenças significativas. diferenças (p>0,05).
Conclusões: O modelo de treino mental MTTC pode ser um programa alternativo para melhorar a qualidade psicológica dos deportistas, mas para os sujeitos que nenhum filho deportista precisa de adaptar os exemplos e as discussões para que se ajustem no contexto do sujeito que recebe o treino mental.
