O efeito de jogos de grande formato com protocolo HIIT na capacidade anaeróbia de alunos jogadores de futsal

Introdução: Esta investigação analisa o impacto do treino com Large Field Games utilizando um protocolo de Treino Intervalado de Alta Intensidade.
Objectivo: Determinar a eficácia do treino com protocolo LSG e HIIT na melhoria da capacidade anaeróbia de estudantes jogadores de futsal.
Metodologia: Foi utilizado um desenho experimental nesta investigação. A amostra do estudo foi constituída por 32 estudantes jogadores de futsal com as seguintes características: altura de 168,59 ± 5,85 cm, peso de 57,31 ± 4,14 kg, IMC de 20,19 ± 1,45 e idade média de 16,50 ± 0,51 anos. O tamanho do efeito de Cohen foi utilizado para avaliar as diferenças entre grupos, e os testes t de amostras emparelhadas e independentes com um nível de significância <0,05 foram utilizados na análise dos dados.
Resultados: em relação à Potência Máxima (p = 0,012), à Potência Média (p = 0,001), à Potência Máxima por Peso (p = 0,012), à Potência Média por Peso (p = 0,001), à Já o Índice de Fadiga (p = 0,002) e o Tempo Total de Esforço (p = 0,000) não apresentaram alterações apreciáveis em nenhuma das variáveis.
Discussão: O aumento ocorre devido à adaptação metabólica ao realizar exercícios combinados.
Conclusões: o estudo conclui que o modelo de treino LSG que incorpora o protocolo HIIT melhora eficazmente a resistência anaeróbia dos estudantes jogadores de futsal.
