Comparação dos níveis de qualidade de vida dos estudantes universitários em função da participação no desporto para todas as atividades

Resumo

Introdução: Este estudo foi iniciado para examinar a qualidade de vida e as suas subdimensões dos estudantes universitários em função do seu estado de atividade física e da sua participação em atividades da Federação de Desporto para Todos (HIS).
Metodologia: Para tal, foram incluídos no estúdio 801 estudantes (homens=505, y mujeres=296) de diferentes universidades da Turquia e do Cazaquistão. Se analisa os níveis e subdimensões da qualidade de vida (salud geral, saúde física, saúde psicológica, relações sociais, relações com o ambiente). Foi utilizada a Escala de Qualidade de Vida da Organização Mundial de Saúde (WHOQOL) para determinar a qualidade de vida dos participantes.
Resultados: Em consequência, o estado de saúde física (t=2.422; p=0,016), as relações sociais (t=2.063; p=0,039), as relações ambientais (t=3.759; p<0,001) e os resultados da WHOQOL (t=3,175; p=0,002) foi significativamente superior nos homens. Além disso, à medida que aumentava o nível de estudos dos participantes, as suas pontuações de estado de saúde geral, saúde psicológica, relações sociais, relações com o ambiente e WHOQOL aumentavam em geral (p<0,05). As pontuações e subdimensões do WHOQOL foram significativamente mais elevadas em quem pratica desporto de forma competitiva e com multas recreativas (p<0,05). Existe uma diferença significativa em todos os parâmetros, exceto no estado de saúde física, nos indivíduos que participam em atividades de HIS (p<0,05).
Conclusões: Como resultado, parece que a popularização do desporto entre os jovens universitários é um factor importante para que estes indivíduos tenham uma qualidade de vida saudável. .
