Optimização do passo largo: um estudo sobre a relação entre a flexibilidade da cintura em futbolistas

Resumo

Introdução. Partindo das deficiências encontradas nos estudos anteriores no que diz respeito à relação entre os fatores físicos e as competências técnicas no futebol, este é o antecedente para que possamos realizar uma investigação.
Objectivos Este estudo pretende determinar a relação entre a flexibilidade da cintura e as capacidades de passo largo em jogadores da Escola de Futebol (SSB) Tunas Putra Payakumbuh. Metodologia da investigação. Ao escolher como sujeitos de investigação para os jogadores do SSB Tunas Putra Payakumbuh, esperamos contribuir para a compreensão dos aspetos de aptidão física que afetam as capacidades técnicas dos jogadores. Esta investigação é uma investigação correlacional. A população deste estúdio fueron 64 jugadores de SSB Tunas Putra Payakumbuh com técnica de demonstração intencional, o que resultou numa exibição de 20 jugadores. Os instrumentos deste estúdio incluem: 1) teste de sentar e alcançar, e 2) teste de habilidad de passo largo. No processamento dos dados é utilizada a análise estatística de correlação simples ou momento do produto, seguida da análise de correlação múltipla.
Os resultados mostram que a flexibilidade da cintura está correlacionada com a capacidade de passo largo dos jugadores em cerca de 72,60%. Espera-se que um conhecimento profundo desta relação melhore a abordagem do treino dos jogadores de futebol centrando-se nos aspectos da flexibilidade física que podem ter um impacto positivo nas competências técnicas, especialmente na capacidade de passo longo.
