O efeito dos jogos de circuito no movimento manipulativo de alunos do ensino básico dos 9 aos 10 anos

Objetivo. O propósito deste estúdio foi analisar o efeito dos jogos de circuito na melhoria das capacidades motoras ma-nipulativas em alunos primários dos 9 aos 10 anos em função do género.
Métodos. Este tipo de investigação é experimental, a mostra contém 20 estudantes varões e 20 estudantes do sexo feminino dos 9 aos 10 anos. Recolha de dados através de testes de lançamento, testes de recepção, testes de patadas. Este programa de treino em circuito é, post 1) Partido de voleibol de ecrã, post 2) Partido de circuito de futebol, post 3) Partido de circuito de balão Suki, post 4) Partido Quickie (¿Quién é rápido?) . Cada publicação é realizada durante 10 minutos, a recuperação de 5 a 6 minutos, e este programa é implementado durante 16 reuniões.
Resultados: A análise baseada nos resultados da prova t em estu-diantes varones mostró: lançamento 0,003<0,05, recepção 0,005<0,05, patadas 0,001<0,05, e em estudantes mulheres mostró: lançamento 0,032<0 ,05 , recepção 0,021<0,05, patadas 0,039<0,05. Os resultados da prova são independentes do lançamento, da recepção e do espectáculo (p>0,05) entre estudantes varones e mulheres.
Conclusões. Os hallazgos deste estúdio fornecem provas sólidas de que os jogos baseados em circuitos são uma intervenção eficaz para melhorar as capacidades de movimento manipulativo como lançar, receber e patear em alunos da escola primária dos 9 aos 10 anos, inde-pendientemente del gene-ro. A incorporação de histórias de atividades no currículo de educação física pode contribuir para o desenvolvimento das competências motoras fundamentais.
