Eficácia da aplicação ADN de futebol da Malásia no desempenho de jogadores com menos de 16 anos

Introdução: A Malásia lançou o ADN do futebol da Malásia (F30) em 2018 para estabelecer uma filosofia e um estilo de jogo padronizado em todos os níveis de futebol. Este modelo, criado pela Associação de Futebol da Malásia (FAM), reflete a filosofia, a cultura e as características únicas do futebol da Malásia, alinhado com as exigências do jogo moderno.
Metodologia: Este estudo qualitativo tem como objetivo examinar a eficácia da aplicação do ADN do futebol da Malásia no desempenho dos jogadores masculinos sub-16 do Conselho de Desporto Escolar da Malásia (MSSM) de Kedah. Um total de oito treinadores entre os professores participantes como participantes do estúdio e foram entre-vistados para obter dados.
Resultado: Com base na investigação realizada, foi verificado qual o nível de eficácia da aplicação do ADN do futebol entre os treinadores que consistem em professores cirúrgicos em três temas, saber, competência do treinador, gestão do treinador e liderança do treinador.
Discussão: A integração do treino físico, tático e psicológico, como se destaca no ADN do futebol da Malásia, corresponde aos dados contemporâneos no desenvolvimento do futebol a nível mundial. Este estúdio mostra a importância de equipar os principiantes com conhecimentos e recursos recorrentes para implementar com sucesso o ADN do futebol da Malásia.
Conclusão: Os investigadores descobriram que a eficácia da aplicação do ADN do futebol da Malásia entre os treinadores, que são professores, pode ter um impacto significativo no desempenho dos jogadores de futebol e contribuir para a melhoria da qualidade dos jogadores de futebol de futebol com o ADN do futebol da Malásia. Com a combinação de temas neste modelo, a eficácia do treino-res pode ter um impacto profundo no desempenho dos jogadores ao aplicar o ADN do futebol da Malásia.
