Indicadores antropométricos e físicos do futebol feminino jordano segundo a posição de jogo

Resumo

Introdução: O futebol requer indicadores específicos para ajudar a alcançar logros atléticos, incluindo medidas antropométricas ligadas às capacidades fisiológicas e que influenciam significativamente os níveis de condição física.
Objectivo: Este estudo tem como objectivo explorar os valores das medições antropométricas e físicas entre as jogadoras de futebol jordanas e identificar diferenças nestes valores consoante a posição do jogo.
Metodologia: Treinta e das jogadoras da seleção nacional de futebol feminino da Jordânia participam neste estúdio. A idade, a altura e a massa corporal dos participantes (mídia ± DE) pesaram 21,5 ± 4,1 anos, 163,8 ± 6,8 cm e 56,02 ± 6,7 kg, respetivamente, e serão avaliados durante o período competitivo (2022-2023). Os objetivos do estudo são a aplicação dos media, o desvio padrão e a análise ANOVA unidirecional para examinar o impacto da posição do jogo nas variáveis ​​dependentes. Resultados: Os hallazgos do estúdio revelam que o grosso médio do pliegue cutáneo foi de (70,28± 3,89) mm, sendo os médios os mais elevados em comparação com as outras posições de jogo (1,66± 0, 06) m. Conseguiu também o melhor tempo no teste de Zig Zag (21± 1,63) s. Por outro lado, os delanteros registaram o maior nível de precisão no golpe e nos testes de sprint de 30 metros (4,68± 0,41) e (31,21±1,67) s, respetivamente. Os resultados mostraram uma correlação positiva entre o índice de massa corporal e os resultados no teste de Illinois (0,37).
Discussão: Estes hallazgos estão alinhados principalmente com os resultados dos estudos anteriores.
Conclusões: Com base nos resultados do estudo, é possível realizar estudos futuros que aumentem o tamanho da exposição e incluam outros testes e medidas antropométricas.
