Resumo

Introdução: As intervenções de educação física fora da escola utilizando a aprendizagem móvel com realidade aumentada podem ser um método eficaz para melhorar as capacidades motoras grossas dos alunos do ensino primário. A novidade deste estudo é que os media de aprendizagem são empacotados numa aplicação que corre num dispositivo móvel. Objectivo: O objectivo do estudo foi demonstrar que as intervenções de educação física utilizando a aprendizagem móvel baseada na realidade aumentada podem melhorar significativamente as capacidades motoras grossas em alunos do ensino básico. Metodologia: O estudo examinou os efeitos da educação física através da utilização de aprendizagem móvel baseada em realidade aumentada. Este estudo contou com 60 participantes que foram divididos em dois grupos: o grupo de intervenção e o grupo de controlo. O instrumento utilizado foi o Thick Engine Development Test Second Edition (TGMD-2) para avaliar o padrão de crescimento da motricidade grossa. As técnicas de análise de dados utilizadas foram o teste de normalidade, o teste de influência e o teste t para amostras independentes. Resultados: Os resultados mostraram que as intervenções de educação física com recurso à aprendizagem móvel baseada na realidade aumentada proporcionaram uma maior melhoria nas competências motoras grossas. O grupo controlo apresentou a menor alteração. Discussão: As intervenções de educação física utilizando a aprendizagem móvel baseada na realidade aumentada podem melhorar significativamente as capacidades motoras grossas em alunos do ensino básico. Conclusões: Estes achados podem orientar as opções para quem procura formas eficazes de melhorar as capacidades motoras grossas, especialmente na primeira infância. As intervenções de educação física utilizando a aprendizagem móvel baseada na realidade aumentada podem melhorar significativamente as capacidades motoras grossas em alunos do ensino básico.
