Resumo

Introdução: Este estudo explora a integração dos desportos tradicionais do Cazaquistão nos currículos de educação física, examinando o seu potencial para melhorar o envolvimento cultural e a consciência nacional entre os estudantes.
Objectivo: O estudo teve como objectivo avaliar o impacto dos desportos tradicionais do Cazaquistão na consciência nacional, no compromisso cultural, na motivação educativa e nas atitudes dos alunos em relação à educação física. As hipóteses testaram se estes desportos poderiam aprofundar as ligações culturais entre os participantes.
Metodologia: A metodologia utilizou um desenho quase experimental com dois grupos: um grupo experimental que participou num currículo enriquecido com desportos tradicionais e um grupo de controlo com um currículo padrão. A recolha de dados foi realizada em três intervalos do semestre: início, meio e fim, através de inquéritos e instrumentos de observação para avaliar as mudanças. Resultados: Os resultados indicaram que o grupo experimental apresentou melhorias significativas em todas as áreas medidas em comparação com o grupo controlo. Estas conclusões foram apoiadas por análises estatísticas, incluindo testes t e ANOVA, demonstrando a eficácia da incorporação dos desportos tradicionais para melhorar os resultados educacionais.
Discussão: Os resultados deste estudo corroboram pesquisas anteriores, demonstrando que a integração de desportos culturalmente significativos em ambientes educativos melhora significativamente a educação física, bem como as identidades culturais dos alunos, em diversos contextos culturais.
Conclusões: Este estudo verifica que os desportos tradicionais do Cazaquistão melhoram significativamente o compromisso cultural dos alunos, a consciência nacional e a motivação educacional nos currículos de educação física. Tal abordagem é recomendada para ambientes educativos globais para enriquecer as experiências dos alunos através da integração de desportos culturais.
