Avaliação dos efeitos de 10 semanas de treino de pliogilidade baseado em fitlight nas capacidades de atenção, agilidade, drible e lançamento de jogadores de basquetebol

Resumo

Introdução: O treino pliométrico e de agilidade (pliogility), em particular com componentes cognitivos que incluem a luz, como os sistemas FITLIGHT, oferecem vendas importantes para melhorar o desempenho físico e o exercício cognitivo.
Objectivo: O objectivo do estudo é avaliar o impacto de um programa de pliogilidade que utiliza a técnica FITLIGHT na atenção auditiva e visual, na agilidade reactiva, no regate e nas capacidades de tiro dos jugadores de balão-cesto.
Metodologia: Foi selecionada aleatoriamente uma população de 40 participantes entre os 18 e os 20 anos de Al-Ahsa, Arábia Saudita, e os grupos foram designados: experimental (GE) e controlo (GC), com um total de 20 participantes em cada grupo. Ambos os grupos participaram num programa de dez semanas que incluiu quatro sessões semanais de treino. O tratamento de treino de plioagilidade assistido por FITLIGHT foi administrado em grupo experimental.
Resultados: O grupo experimental melhorou significativamente em todas as variáveis ​​medidas em comparação com o grupo de controlo. Os tamanhos do efeito oscilaram entre 0,97 e 0,98, e as melhores percentagens no grupo experimental baixaram uma escala de 12,13% para 74,40%. O grupo de controlo, em mudança, apresentou melhores taxas ainda mais baixas (de 3,80% a 39,02%) e efeitos de intensidade média e alta (de 0,77 a 0,94).
Discussão: Os dados obtidos revelaram melhores resultados em todas as medidas de habilidades no grupo experimental (GE), incluindo a atenção auditiva/visual (RRH, RLH), a agilidade reativa (Teste de Illinois), o regate (T-Test D) e o tiro (T-Test S), com maiores melhorias em comparação com o grupo controlo (GC).
Conclusão: Este estúdio comprova a eficácia dos programas de treino que incorporam a tecnologia FITLIGHT para melhorar a atenção auditiva e visual, a agilidade reativa, o regate e o tiro em jugadores de balões.
