Preparação de atividades desportivas com perspetiva cultural para os atletas da Maratona Verde da Tailândia

Resumo

Introdução: Este estudo examina como a preparação física e atlética influencia a disposição, a motivação e o comportamento ecológico dos atletas na maratona verde da Tailândia. O objetivo é investigar como o treino constante, orientado pela teoria da autodeterminação, molda a consciência ambiental e a participação no contexto cultural.

Objectivo: analisar as relações entre a preparação, a motivação, a percepção da qualidade do evento e a conduta ecológica dos corredores, destacando os aspectos culturais e a sustentabilidade.

Metodologia: empregamos um desenho quantitativo, inquirindo 400 corredores através de questões estruturais e avaliando as relações através de análise fatorial confirmatória e modelos de análise estrutural.

Resultados: O treino sistemático melhora a motivação, a confiança, a perceção da aptidão física e ações responsáveis com o meio ambiente. Confirmámos conclusões positivas significativas entre a preparação, a motivação intrínseca, a perceção da aptidão física e as práticas ecoconscientes.

Discussão: estes resultados refletem a literatura que suporta a preparação física, mental e ambiental integral para promover a participação sustentável e a consciência ecológica. A integração de valores culturais e de uma sustentabilidade sólida inclui o envolvimento da comunidade e a responsabilidade ambiental.

Conclusões: uma preparação eficaz que impulsione a motivação e as práticas ecológicas promove a participação sustentável em maratonas. A promoção de uma formação integrada que inclua a educação ambiental e os princípios culturais pode promover os objectivos da Tailândia em matéria de turismo desportivo sustentável e gestão responsável de eventos.
