Resumo

Introdução e Objectivo. O artigo centra-se na exploração da necessidade e possibilidade do trabalho interdisciplinar em pedagogia vocal e ciências da área em instituições de ensino, as formas de cooperação e a capacidade de complementaridade no processo vocal e físico. O papel funcional e o controlo da ressonância são separados da coordenação neuromuscular e do treino aeróbico, o que significa que as técnicas para a aprendizagem da voz são incompletas, dependendo do treino vocal tradicional.

Metodologia. Com base em estudos empíricos de segunda mão, o estudo de investigação constata que a respiração diafragmática, a expansão muscular, a estabilização postural e o relaxamento muscular são essenciais para a manutenção da produção vocal. Os procedimentos estruturados na física do desporto incluem a estimulação dinâmica, o alinhamento propriocetivo e a ativação muscular central, aumentando diretamente a eficiência da vibração das cordas vocais e a coordenação do trato respiratório. O artigo mostra como as instituições de ensino podem incorporar métodos na aprendizagem através do teatro, da música e de cursos preparatórios para a educação.

Resultados. As evidências investigativas obtidas em estudos de caso demonstram que os sujeitos treinados com regimes integrados apresentam melhor desempenho máximo (TMF), com menores pontuações no índice de fadiga vocal (IFV) e maior eficiência glótica, podendo ser utilizados em alguns casos por um período prolongado. Além disso, a precisão articulatória e a frequência respiratória são melhoradas pelos alunos que experimentam o acompanhamento físico.

Conclusões. Este artigo propõe a utilização de um modelo curricular que incorpora o treino da musculatura intercostal, os mecanismos de feedback postural e a periodização dos exercícios vocais. Esta incorporação promove a força vocal, a eloquência vocal e a prevenção de lesões. Conclui-se que o suporte biomecânico da voz está destinado a converter-se num elemento central para a sua implementação na pedagogia vocal e na gestão vocal em sala de aula.
