O efeito dos exercícios BodyPump na qualidade de vida das mulheres de meia-

Resumo

Introdução: A qualidade de vida das pessoas mais velhas foi influenciada por inúmeras situações desafiantes e fatores associados ao envelhecimento e às alterações de saúde. Geralmente, a atividade física é considerada um fator significativo na determinação da qualidade de vida.

Objectivo: Este estúdio é o seu objectivo explorar a qualidade de vida das mulheres jordanas de idade média, bem como o impacto dos exercícios BodyPump na qualidade de vida.

Metodologia: Cinquenta e duas mulheres jordanas de idade média participaram neste estúdio e dividiram-se em dois grupos, cada um com 26 membros: um grupo de controlo (edad, 54,3 ± 2 anos; altura, 166 ± 5,2 cm; massa corporal, 64,5 ± 3,8 kg) e um grupo experimental (edad, 53,4 ± 2 anos; altura, 165 ± 3,2 cm; massa corporal, 63,5 ± 2,8 kg). Os objetivos do estúdio foram aplicar os meios, desvios típicos, testar amostras emparelhadas e uma tentativa de mostrar diferenças independentes para detetar diferenças nos meios (OPQOL-brief) de acordo com o programa BodyPump utilizando o SPSS versão 29 com um nível de confiança de 95% (p < 0,05).

Resultados: Os hallazgos do estúdio revelam que a qualidade de vida das mulheres jordanas de idade mediana era cercana a baja (2,65-2,77). Por outro lado, os hallazgos do estúdio revelaram diferenças estadísticamente significativas entre os grupos de controlo e experimental na tentativa posterior, a favor do grupo experimental (2,99, 4,14), respectivamente.

Discussão: Estes hallazgos estão alinhados principalmente com os resultados dos estudos anteriores.

Conclusões: Com base nos resultados do estudo, o exercício BodyPump pode ser utilizado como indicador entre as estratégias aprovadas para melhorar a qualidade de vida das mulheres de idade média na Jordânia.
