Resumo

Enquadramento: A postura de cabeça adiada é um problema músculo-esquelético comum que se observa cada vez mais entre os colaboradores que trabalham em escritórios, em particular entre aqueles que permanecem sentados por períodos prolongados e utilizam dispositivos digitais com frequência. Está relacionado com problemas músculo-esqueléticos como dores de corpo, cefaleias e diminuição da qualidade de vida. Este estúdio examinou a relação entre a postura de cabeça adelantada e diversas desviações posturais, como o desvio do alinhamento corporal, a inclinação da cabeça, a dessalinização dos homens, a inclinação pélvica, a assimetria das rodilhas e a assimetria das tortas.

Objectivo: Explorar a ligação entre a postura de cabeça adelantada e os desvios posturais nos colaboradores que trabalham em escritórios através de um estúdio transversal.

Métodos: Foram avaliados noventa e outros colaboradores que trabalham em escritórios e que apresentam sintomas de postura de cabeça adiada através de aplicações móveis: a aplicação de avaliação das condições posturais e ergonómicas para trabalhadores e a aplicação de postura de cabeça adelantada. Aplique uma análise estadística preliminar aos parâmetros de alinhamento postural recolhidos para identificar valores atípicos nos dados. Os dados são analisados ​​através de coeficientes de correlação de Pearson, análise de regressão múltipla e análise fatorial para identificar os fatores chave que influenciam a postura de cabeça adiada. Resultados: O ângulo cefálico anterior (AAE) apresentou uma elevada correlação com o desvio do alinhamento corporal (r = 0,931), a inclinação da cabeça (r = 0,877), o desvio do alinhamento dos ombros (r = 0,883) e o uso de ordenadores e dispositivos móveis (r = 0,819). Na análise fatorial, a descrição da análise física do preditor é mais significativa na AAE.

Conclusão: A AAE está estritamente ligada ao alinhamento do tronco superior e ao uso prolongado de dispositivos digitais. Os desvios do alinhamento corporal e outros fatores biomecânicos tiveram um efeito importante no ángulo cefálico anterior e na postura geral, com um modelo de regressão que explicou 95,8% da variante do ángulo cefálico anterior.
