Resumo

Introdução: O papel do treinador no desenho de um plano para alterar a carga de treino no programa de treino, que tenta ultrapassar os limites da adaptabilidade, evitando ao mesmo tempo o sobretreino, as lesões e o descentramento, ajuda a garantir o sucesso do programa.
Objectivo: Este estúdio examinou como o acompanhamento da carga de treino durante a fase temporária de preparação afecta especificamente a condição física e a composição corporal dos nadadores de elite.
Metodologia: O método de investigação utilizado foi um projeto de investigação de coortes, el cual é uma investigação observacional que se centra num grupo de indivíduos com características específicas a quem se segue o seguimento no tempo para avaliar a carga de treino durante uma fase de preparação especial em atletas nadadores de elite 17d. A carga de treino é avaliada através de sRPE, a composição corporal é avaliada por InBody 970, a condição física é avaliada por VO2max, potência e flexibilidade, e aeronaves portáteis (frequência cardíaca, distância e calorias). O teste ANOVA unidirecional é o método de análise de dados.
Resultados: Os resultados mostram que a capacidade aeróbia, a força dos músculos do braço, os músculos das pernas, a flexibilidade da zona lombar e dos isquiotibiais e a flexibilidade do homem aumentaram significativamente (todos p<0,05).
Conclusões: Este estúdio verificou que a monitorização da carga de treino melhorou efetivamente a condição física em nadadores de elite.
