Análise dos fatores físicos nos primeiros 20 metros da fase de saída com pátina de velocidade

Resumo

Introdução: A patinagem é um desporto que exige estabilidade dinâmica e força dos membros inferiores para se movimentar numa superfície de contacto limitada. As variáveis ​​que influenciam a fase inicial da patinagem são biomecânicas e físicas.
Objectivo: Analisar factores físicos e biomecânicos que influenciam os primeiros 20 metros da fase de partida na patinagem de velocidade.
Metodologia: Estudo observacional, descritivo e correlacional, com o objetivo de analisar os fatores físicos e biomecânicos que interferem na fase inicial ou início na patinagem de velocidade. Era composto por 25 patinadores de velocidade juvenis, com idades compreendidas entre os 14 e os 15 anos.
Resultados: O modelo obtido apresentou um coeficiente de determinação (R²) de 78,15%, o que indica que 78,15% da variabilidade da velocidade atingida nos primeiros 20 metros pode ser explicada por APY_D_FRONTAL (apoio direito na direção frontal no teste Y), TC_CMJ (tempo de contacto no salto em contramovimento) e TV_SJ (velocidade de voo no salto em cucos).
Discussão: Pesquisas anteriores sugerem que o equilíbrio corporal é alcançado através da estabilidade dinâmica e da coordenação motora utilizadas em sprints curtos, como no skate.
Conclusões: O desenho de protocolos de avaliação periódica que incluam testes de equilíbrio dinâmico e saltos pliométricos para reconhecer a condição do atleta. Nesse sentido, podem ser identificadas deficiências.
