Resumo

Habilidades de pensamento crítico são uma das coisas que os alunos devem ter. Mas, na realidade, ainda existem poucos alunos com elevada capacidade de pensamento crítico. É por isso que é necessário aplicar o modelo de aprendizagem adequado. Este estudo tem como objetivo aplicar a estratégia de ensino e aprendizagem contextual (CTL) em um esforço para incentivar os alunos a terem habilidades de pensamento crítico. O experimento foi realizado usando um projeto de pós-teste de grupo único, no qual participaram vinte e quatro alunos. O instrumento utilizado foi uma rubrica de avaliação com escala Likert, processada de forma descritiva e quantitativa. Os resultados mostraram que o alcance global dos resultados de aprendizagem dos alunos através da utilização de CTL estava predominantemente na categoria suficiente. Os resultados do teste de efeito mostraram uma significância de 0,000 <0,05, portanto pode-se dizer que a estratégia de aprendizagem contextual tem um efeito significativo. Os resultados do estudo indicam que a aplicação de estratégias de aprendizagem contextual pode melhorar as habilidades de pensamento crítico dos alunos. Os resultados obtidos são melhores porque o CTL é uma estratégia de aprendizagem relativamente nova e incentiva os alunos a pensar a um nível superior. No entanto, através do CTL, os alunos são incentivados a proporcionar entusiasmo pela aprendizagem, aumentar a motivação para serem ativos na aprendizagem, auxiliar no desenvolvimento de tarefas, auxiliar na resolução de problemas, fornecer formas de discutir e interagir com os seus pares, e ajudar a resumir e refletir sobre o lições. Portanto, pode-se concluir que o CTL pode estimular as habilidades de pensamento crítico dos alunos, para que estratégias de aprendizagem contextual possam ser aplicadas aos alunos.
