Efeitos de 32 semanas de um programa de treinamento físico de força muscular na condição física de crianças russas de 14 a 16 anos: ensaio clínico randomizado

Resumo

Introdução: O treinamento de força muscular oferece a oportunidade de resolver de forma eficaz problemas pedagógicos causados ​​por diversas atividades motoras. Objetivo: Analisar os efeitos de um programa de força muscular de 32 semanas em escolares entre 14 e 16 anos. Métodos: Ensaio controlado, paralelo e randomizado com cegamento simples. A amostra foi composta por 40 alunos com idades entre 14 e 16 anos pertencentes à escola secundária nº 1 (Sokolovka, Rússia). Os escolares foram divididos em grupo controle (n = 20) e grupo experimental (n = 20); Ambos os grupos realizaram aulas de educação física de acordo com o currículo escolar, porém, o grupo experimental também realizou exercícios de força muscular. O nível de força foi determinado por meio de testes de dinamometria de mão direita e esquerda, flexo-extensão de braços (barra e solo) e elevação de pernas penduradas. Resultados: O grupo experimental melhorou a dinamometria da mão direita (21,9%; p < 0,05; d = 6,61) e da mão esquerda (14,7%; p < 0,05; d = 4,93). < 0,05; d = 9,09) flexão e extensão de braços no chão (5,8%; p < 0,05; d = 5,99) e na barra (38,3%; p < 0,05), enquanto o grupo controle melhorou significativamente apenas a dinamometria de a mão direita (21,3%; p < 0,05) e a perna pendurada levantam uma barra (15,1%; p < 0,05; d = 5,76). Conclusão: Uma série de exercícios de força muscular aplicados durante 32 semanas nas aulas de educação física escolar pode melhorar significativamente os níveis de força muscular em crianças de 14 a 16 anos.
