O efeito do treinamento concorrente na glicose, perfil lipídico, enzimas hepáticas e peroxidação lipídica em homens jovens

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo foi determinar o efeito do treinamento concorrente (CS) sobre a glicemia, função hepática, perfil lipídico e estresse oxidativo em homens jovens. Dezesseis jovens moderadamente ativos (Idade = 23,11 ± 4,20 anos, Altura = 172,44 ± 6,50 cm, Peso = 73,52 ± 15,70 kg, IMC = 24,84 ± 5,85 kg/m2) treinaram durante doze semanas em blocos separados de adaptação, desenvolvimento e manutenção. quatro semanas cada. Amostras de sangue foram coletadas no início e após CS para determinação de MDA, glicose, TG, LDL-c, HDL-c, ALT e AST. As pontuações foram comparadas usando testes t de medidas repetidas.
Nossos resultados mostraram que não foram observadas alterações significativas no peso corporal (M = -0,14, p = 0,748, IC 95% = -0,79, 0,99), IMC (M = 0,04, p = 0,803, IC 95% = - 0,27, 0,32). ), glicose (M= 0,88, p= 0,679, IC 95%=-2,87, 4,63), colesterol (M= -0,19, p= 0,957, IC 95%=-7,00, 7,00), triglicerídeos (M= -9,00, p= 0,325, IC 95%=-25,19, 7,73), HDL-c (M= -0,60, p= 0,811, IC 95%=-6,52, 3,42), LDL-c (M= 2,20, p= 0,494, 95). IC %=-4,20, 8,77), AST (M= -0,13, p= 0,954, IC 95%=-3,94, 3,00), ALT (M= 0,25, p= 0,923, IC 95%=-3,19, 4,44), VLDL (M= -1,80, p= 0,325, IC 95%=-5,04, 1,55) e MDA (M= 0,06, p= 0,621, IC 95%=-0,16, 0,29). 40% dos participantes responderam positivamente ao programa CE.
Nossas descobertas revelaram que um programa de CE de quatro semanas não afetou os marcadores de estresse oxidativo em adultos jovens. Além disso, os que não respondem à intervenção devem ser acompanhados cuidadosamente para determinar o seu limiar pessoal de melhoria.
