The information was collected by applying the questionnaire on knowledge about Healthy Eating, Personal Hygiene and Physical Activity (CASHPAF). The statistical analysis was done using the RStudio 2022.12.0+353 software, which allowed an inferential analysis of correspondence. Results: the average age was 9.66, 50.38% were boys and 49.62% were girls. The level of knowledge about healthy eating was high in 84.2%, medium in 15% and low in 0.8%. The level of knowledge about personal hygiene was high in 85.4%, medium in 13.8% and low in 0.8%. A strong relationship was found between the variables studied. Discussion: Different authors agree on the importance of knowledge among schoolchildren about physical activity, personal hygiene and healthy eating.
Conclusion: Knowledge about the importance of these habits is essential for health care and disease prevention from an early age.
