Introdução: muitos estudantes do ensino secundário estão desligados da educação física por razões que vão para além da condição física, incluindo o miedo al juicio, preocupações sobre a imagem corporal e uma baixa preparação psicológica. este tema examinou o papel da orientação escolar como via para proporcionar uma participação mais justa e significativa.
Objetivo: o objetivo desta revisão foi avaliar o papel da orientação escolar no avanço da igualdade na participação do antigo aluno em educação física através da redução das barreiras psicossociais e do apoio a ambientes educativos inclusivos.
Metodologia: este estúdio empregou uma revisão exploratória da literatura publicada entre 2015 e 2025 em revistas académicas, relatórios institucionais e fontes regionais relevantes. a evidência foi organizada em quatro categorias analíticas: barreiras psicológicas, inclusão social, práticas colaborativas e resultados de participação.
Resultados: os hallazgos mostram que o apoio à orientação escolar reduziu a ansiedade, aumentou a confiança e melhorou a participação entre os estudantes em reações anteriores. sessões de grupo estruturadas, planeamento conjunto, avaliação flexível e estratégias de tutoria contribuem para aumentos constantes na assistência e no empenho de diversos grupos de estudantes.
Discussão: a revisão identificou que a participação equitativa foi reforçada quando a orientação foi integrada na prática diária de educação física e alinhou com um compromisso institucional para a inclusão.
Conclusões: integrar a orientação escolar na educação física pode ajudar a reduzir as lacunas de participação e criar condições para que todo o aluno se sinta preparado, acompanhado e motivado para participar.
