Análise da frequência de golos marcados no Mundial Feminino de 2023

Resumo

Introdução: O futebol feminino tornou-se um novo fenómeno desportivo. Isto despertou um crescente interesse pelo seu estudo na comunidade científica. No entanto, a investigação que contribua para um corpo consolidado de conhecimento é ainda escassa.

Objectivo: Analisar a frequência de golos marcados no Campeonato do Mundo Feminino da FIFA de 2023.

Metodologia: Foram utilizadas estatísticas descritivas para determinar a frequência de golos marcados pelas equipas com base no tempo de jogo, em períodos de 15 minutos e 5 minutos.

Resultados: O número de golos marcados entre os períodos regulamentares foi muito semelhante, ligeiramente superior na primeira parte. Com base nos intervalos de 15 minutos, foram identificados dois períodos com mais golos (primeira parte = 16-30 min e segunda parte = 61-75 min). Com base nos intervalos de 5 minutos, foram identificados cinco períodos com o maior número de golos (primeira parte = 11-15 min, 26-30 min e +45 min / segunda parte = 61-70 min e 85-+90 min). Além disso, o primeiro golo ocorre, geralmente, nos minutos iniciais da partida.

Discussão: Historicamente, o futebol tem sido caracterizado por um maior número de golos na segunda parte, uma tendência que não se confirmou no Campeonato do Mundo Feminino de 2023, e os períodos com mais golos variaram consoante os torneios analisados.

Conclusões: Há necessidade de estudar o padrão dos golos com mais detalhe. Além disso, o primeiro golo no futebol feminino é geralmente marcado nos minutos iniciais da partida.
