Relação entre a qualidade do serviço e a satisfação dos jogadores em torneios de basquetebol 3x3 na Grécia

Introdução: O basquetebol 3x3 é uma modalidade relativamente recente que visa promover a participação em massa e aumentar o apelo do desporto no âmbito comunitário.
Objectivo: Este estudo teve como objectivo aplicar um modelo de qualidade de serviço ao contexto do basquetebol 3x3 e avaliar em que medida a satisfação dos jogadores pode ser prevista com base nas cinco dimensões do modelo.
Metodologia: O estudo utilizou um desenho quantitativo correlacional para explorar as associações entre as dimensões da qualidade de serviço e a satisfação dos participantes em torneios de basquetebol 3x3 na Grécia, bem como para avaliar a contribuição preditiva de cada dimensão para a satisfação global. A amostra do estudo foi constituída por 305 jogadores (65 mulheres, 22%, e 238 homens, 78%) que participaram em torneios de basquetebol 3x3 na região da Macedónia Central, na Grécia.
Resultados: A análise fatorial confirmatória corroborou a validade fatorial do modelo, composto pelas suas cinco dimensões. Todas as dimensões contribuíram significativamente para a previsão da satisfação dos jogadores, sendo a Fiabilidade a mais relevante.
Discussão: Conclui-se que o basquetebol 3x3, com a sua imagem moderna, pode ser um veículo eficaz para as associações de basquetebol tornarem o desporto mais atrativo para os jovens e as comunidades locais.
Conclusões: Estes resultados realçam a importância da gestão de serviços de qualidade nos torneios de basquetebol 3x3 para melhorar a satisfação dos jogadores e fomentar o crescimento do desporto.
