Linhas de orientação das federações desportivas para o exercício de uma liderança competente no Comité Olímpico Nacional

Objetivo: A pesquisa visava conhecer a realidade das direções das federações esportivas em relação à liderança ampla do Comitê Olímpico Nacional do Iraque.
Metodologia de pesquisa: O pesquisador adotou a abordagem analítica descritiva, pois ela atendia aos requisitos da pesquisa. A comunidade de pesquisa foi deliberadamente identificada entre os membros dos órgãos administrativos da Federação Olímpica de Esportes do Iraque, com (220) membros distribuídos em (28) federações. Uma amostra de (72,72) foi escolhida da comunidade original com (160) membros.
Resultados: Os resultados mostram que a liderança do Comitê Olímpico Nacional Iraquiano possui uma visão estratégica que acompanha os desenvolvimentos globais, a natureza da aceleração cognitiva e científica, as capacidades materiais, financeiras, morais e culturais, e a integração prática no mundo dos esportes atualmente.
Conclusões: A análise das estatísticas da pesquisa revela uma compreensão clara da abordagem do Comitê Olímpico Nacional Iraquiano sobre a natureza da liderança habilidosa e sua aplicação, baseada em uma perspectiva científica, para realizar seu trabalho com flexibilidade que apoia as capacidades de seus funcionários e os afasta da rotina administrativa.
