Avaliação das alterações ocorridas ao longo da semana nas exigências de treino interno e externo para guarda-redes profissionais

Resumo

Introdução: No futebol, os guarda-redes ocupam uma posição crucial e altamente especializada que exige características físicas e funcionais únicas, diferenciando-os claramente dos jogadores de campo.

Objectivo: Este estudo visa analisar e comparar de forma abrangente os perfis de carga interna e externa de guarda-redes de elite do sexo masculino durante diferentes sessões de treino dentro de um microciclo semanal estruturado.

Metodologia: Foram recrutados quatro guarda-redes profissionais por convite direto. A carga interna foi medida através da Escala de Perceção Subjetiva do Esforço (RPE), enquanto a carga externa incluiu indicadores como a duração, a distância total percorrida, as acelerações superiores a 3 m/s², as desacelerações inferiores a -3 m/s², a aceleração máxima e a desaceleração máxima.

Resultados: As análises revelaram que a carga interna, com base na RPE, apresentou flutuações significativas ao longo do microciclo (p=0,001, η² parcial=0,91), registando picos imediatamente após o arranque e reduções durante os dias de recuperação. As medidas de carga externa, como a distância percorrida (p=0,05, η² parcial=0,34), as acelerações >3 m/s² (p=0,001, η² parcial=0,91) e as desacelerações <−3 m/s² (p=0,001, η² parcial=0,91), também apresentaram diferenças significativas, especialmente entre os dias subsequentes à partida e os dias entre partidas.

Discussão: Este estudo destaca que as cargas internas e externas nos guarda-redes de elite variam significativamente ao longo do microciclo semanal, atingindo o seu pico no terceiro dia da semana e imediatamente após os jogos. Acelerações acima de 3 m/s² e desacelerações >3 m/s², superiores a -3 m/s², também flutuam ao longo do microciclo, atingindo o pico no terceiro dia da semana.

Conclusão: A monitorização de ambas as cargas fornece informações valiosas para o ajuste individual das estratégias de treino e recuperação. Recomenda-se que a investigação futura desenvolva sistemas em tempo real para otimizar ainda mais a gestão da carga de trabalho e a prevenção de lesões.
