Bem-estar psicológico no trabalho entre atletas de fitness marroquinos: uma análise psicométrica e sociodemográfica

Introdução: O bem-estar psicológico no trabalho é um conceito chave na psicologia do desporto e da saúde laboral, especialmente em profissões de grande exigência como o treino físico.
Objectivo: O objectivo deste estudo foi validar um modelo de bem-estar psicológico no trabalho entre os empreendedores físicos marroquinos e examinar as diferenças sociodemográficas.
Metodologia: Foi utilizado um projeto em duas fases. Foi realizada uma análise fatorial exploratória com 110 treinadores para avaliar a estrutura da escala de bem-estar psicológico no trabalho. De seguida, foi realizada uma análise fatorial confirmatória utilizando o SPSS-AMOS com 355 treinadores. Se avaliar o ajuste do modelo, a validade e a fiabilidade, e utilizar testes não paramétricos para examinar as diferenças entre grupos.
Resultados: A escala apresentou uma estrutura fatorial estável com boas propriedades psicométricas. Basta observar diferenças significativas no sentimento de competência, com pontuações mais elevadas entre os homens do que entre as mulheres. Os treinadores divorciados declaram um grande bem-estar psicológico no trabalho que os casados e os solteiros. Não existem diferenças significativas no que diz respeito à idade, à formação, à experiência ou à modalidade de trabalho.
Discussão: Os factores sociodemográficos apenas apresentam efeitos limitados e específicos no bem-estar psicológico no trabalho. As diferenças de género podem reflectir desigualdades estruturais nos ambientes de formação, enquanto o maior bem observado entre os empresários divorciados poderá estar relacionado com a adaptação e o crescimento pessoal. De um modo geral, o bem-estar psicológico no trabalho é mais influenciado por factores psicossociais e contextuais do que pelas características demográficas.
Conclusão: O estudo confirma a validade do modelo de bem-estar psicológico no trabalho no caso dos treinadores de fitness marroquinos e destaca a necessidade de continuar a explorar determinantes contextuais como o stress tecnológico e os efeitos das redes sociais nos ambientes de treino.
