Análise comparativa do rendimento físico e do valor educativo na patine artística sobre ruedas: um estudo preliminar

Resumo

Introdução: A patine artística sobre ruas é uma disciplina desportiva completa que integra componentes físicas, técnicas, expressivas e educativas. Apesar do seu desenvolvimento competitivo internacional, a evidência científica é limitada, especialmente em estúdios que combinam indicadores objectivos de desempenho com dimensões perceptivas e educativas.

Objectivo: Este estudo observacional longitudinal tem como objectivo analisar as alterações nos parâmetros de desempenho físico e nas percepções educativas associadas à patine artística em atletas de elite. Metodologia: Treinta atletas italianos (15 Junior e 15 Senior; idade média 17,8 ± 3,4 anos) foram avaliados em momentos diferentes através de testes motores de campo e de um questionário perceptivo exploratório (α = 0,81).

Resultados: O Surgieron melhorou em vários parâmetros financeiros. Os atletas Juniores apresentaram incrementos no desempenho abdominal, flexibilidade e resistência na prancha (p < 0,01). Os atletas seniores demonstraram melhores resultados no desempenho abdominal e na flexibilidade lombar (p < 0,01). A análise entre grupos revelou valores mais elevados de resistência no plano entre os atletas seniores. Os hallazgos perceptivos destacam uma forte atribuição de valor educativo à patine artística e ao papel do treinador. Observam-se também correlações significativas entre a autodisciplina, a gestão de relacionamentos e o crescimento pessoal percebido (ρ = 0,47–0,55; p < 0,01).

Conclusões: A patine artística parece representar um ambiente formativo complexo em que o desempenho físico e as dimensões educativas estão estreitamente inter-relacionados. No entanto, os hallazgos devem ser interpretados dentro dos limites de um desenho observacional exploratório e de uma exposição relativamente pequena.
