Efeito de um treino de apilamiento de vasos de 4 semanas nos níveis de stress em jogadores de desportos eletrónicos

Resumo

Introdução: O rápido crescimento da indústria dos desportos eletrónicos planta inúmeros desafios para os atletas, incluindo os níveis de ansiedade e o seu impacto na saúde mental.

Objectivo: Este estudo experimental utilizou avaliações pré e pós-intervenção para examinar a eficácia do treino de apilamiento de vasos nos níveis de stress.

Metodologia: A exposição foi constituída por 20 jogadores masculinos de desportos eletrónicos da Universidade Surindra Rajabhat, entre os 18 e os 25 anos, que estavam a treinar para competir. O grupo foi dividido aleatoriamente em dois grupos: um grupo experimental (n = 10; altura 173,40 ± 6,45 cm; peso 65,54 ± 12,01 kg; experiência 4,16 ± 1,51; níveis de stress 51,20 ± 7,25 KU/L) que realizou apilamiento de vasos 3 dias por semana durante 4 semanas e um grupo de controlo (n = 10; altura 173,90 ± 5,70 cm; peso 68,81 ± 12,69 kg; experiência 3,97 ± 1,63 anos; níveis de stress 46,20 ± 7,57 KU/L) que realizou um programa normal de desportos eletrónicos. Antes e depois da verificação, avaliou o nível de stress de todos os participantes para determinar a concentração de alfa-amilasa salival utilizando registos de amilasa salival com o medidor Cocoro.

Resultados: Após a experiência, observou-se que o grupo experimental apresentava um nível de stress significativamente mais baixo do que antes da experiência. Ao comparar ambos os grupos, verificou-se que o grupo experimental tinha um nível de stress significativamente diferente do grupo de controlo (p < 0,05).

Discussão: Os resultados deste estudo indicam que o grupo experimental, que recebeu treino em apilamiento de vasos, consegue controlar e reduzir melhor o seu nível de stress do que o grupo de controlo após 4 semanas.

Conclusões: O modelo de treino utilizado neste estúdio pode ser aplicado para ajudar os jogadores de desportos eletrónicos a regular as suas emoções e a reduzir os possíveis níveis de stress ao longo do caminho.
