Introduction: It is essential to know and understand the tools and methodologies that drive comprehensive learning tailored to the current needs of learners. In this regard, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have demonstrated their great usefulness across various educational areas, and their integration with Physical Education is considered crucial for modernising and enriching learning experiences.
Objective: Therefore, the aim was to identify how ICT is being implemented in the subject of Physical Education at the Primary Education level.
Methodology: Through a systematic review using the PRISMA model, recent studies from databases such as Scopus and WoS were analysed to identify the technological tools and methodologies employed.
Results: Among the findings, notable benefits include increased motivation, personalised learning, and motor development; however, challenges such as lack of teacher training, high costs, and ethical concerns were also identified.
Conclusions: This analysis proposes future lines of action to optimise the integration of ICT into the Physical Education curriculum.
