A influência do conhecimento do comprador e do nível económico nas decisões de compra de produtos desportivos

Resumo

Introdução: O conhecimento do comprador é reconhecido como um factor influente nas decisões de compra de produtos desportivos, potencialmente moderado pelo nível económico.
Objectivo: Este estudo investiga os efeitos do conhecimento do comprador e do nível económico nas decisões de compra no sector dos artigos desportivos.
Metodologia: Foi utilizada uma abordagem de métodos mistos para analisar os dados de uma amostra aleatória de 278 residentes da cidade de Padang. A fiabilidade e a validade das medidas foram avaliadas através do alfa de Cronbach e da fiabilidade composta. As hipóteses foram testadas através de uma análise de regressão linear com um limiar de significância de p < 0,05.
Resultados: O conhecimento do comprador teve um efeito positivo significativo nas decisões de compra de produtos desportivos (p = 0,000). O nível económico apresentou impactos variados: um nível económico baixo correlacionou-se significativamente tanto com o conhecimento do comprador como com as decisões de compra (p = 0,048 e p = 0,026, respetivamente). O nível económico intermédio apenas se associou ao conhecimento do comprador (p = 0,041), não havendo impacto significativo nas decisões de compra (p = 0,149). O nível económico elevado não apresentou associação significativa com nenhuma das variáveis.
Discussão: Estas conclusões destacam o papel fundamental do conhecimento do comprador e sugerem que o nível económico influencia as decisões de compra de uma forma complexa e indireta.
Conclusões: Os resultados sugerem que o conhecimento do comprador influencia constantemente as decisões de compra de produtos desportivos, mas o impacto do nível económico é mais matizado. Estes resultados indicam que o nível económico por si só não pode prever de forma fiável o comportamento de compra sem considerar o conhecimento do comprador, enfatizando a complexidade da tomada de decisão do consumidor no mercado de artigos desportivos.
